My name is Martin Kielema, and I started this blog in 2018, together with my wife, Danique.

I’m a physical therapist with a masters degree in Manuel Therapy, and my wife is a lifestyle coach. In 2013 I started my first website Always Fysio, a physical therapy site that helps people to take control over their pain.

I learned that I love to help people reaching their goals and feel happier and better about themselves.

That’s when we decided to start this blog to help people reach their weight loss goals.

We don’t know the struggle of losing weight because we’ve never been overweight. Despite that, we still enjoy every aspect of our life and even eat a hamburger or French fries occasionally. We don’t overdo it.

Danique notices that many people still don’t know how to live a healthy lifestyle, while still enjoying life. They try a diet and get discouraged when it doesn’t show results fast enough or when the cravings get too intense.

But when you’re on a healthy lifestyle, you don’t have to abandon the food you love. You have to learn to manage what you eat and how much you eat of it.

Our mission is to teach you how you can live a healthy lifestyle and become happier with yourself.

We know that everyone can reach their goals, as long as they keep pushing and stay persistent. You won’t achieve your goal when you give up every time it becomes difficult. That’s how you probably ended up in this situation in the first place.

The second thing is that you have to get your emotions under control. Binge eating or emotional eating is a big problem for many overweight people.

If you stop caring about what other people think about you, it gets easier to do the right things to reach your goal.

It all sounds easy, but it’s challenging.

Luckily, we’re here to help you. We’ll teach you how you can eat less without feeling hungry, how to get happier with yourself and how to live the life you want to live.
